The development of prefabricated buildings is not only the general trend of the current construction industry, but also the inevitable choice to promote the transformation of old and new kinetic energy and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. The reporter learned from the municipal urban and rural development commission that this year, our city has started the construction of 3.1 million square meters of prefabricated buildings, which has been recognized as the first batch of prefabricated building demonstration cities in China by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development. Recently, 9 enterprises have been rated as the first batch of prefabricated construction industrial bases in Qingdao, with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million square meters. A relatively perfect prefabricated industrial chain is gradually taking shape.
